A fourth-generation family operation, Partridge Equity Group (PEG), has been continuing the legacy of real estate builders and owners. PEG demonstrates high quality with projects, focused on multi-family rentals, condominiums, commercial and retail development or reposition. Family and community are key components when taking on new projects for PEG and invests primarily in projects located in major metropolitan and gateway cities with strong urban cores that combine living, workplace and entertainment concepts. PEG selects markets that are in the early stages of significant growth and appreciation for the type of project to be undertaken by the company. PEG’s strength relies in their ability to follow through and organize the community surrounding their projects.

Chris Partridge Sr.

Co-founder of Partridge Equity Group (PEG), Mr. Chris Partridge joined his father’s Real Estate business in the mid 1960’s. By the late 1970’s, Mr. Partridge had earned a reputation for turning troubled properties into viable producing investments. His focus on details insures that the company’s investment is well managed. His understanding of the industry and his hands-on approach ensures accountability and ultimately a successful project.

Christopher Partridge

Co-founder and CEO of Partridge Equity Group (PEG), Mr. Christopher Partridge has been in the real estate business since 1984. He oversees the company’s investment strategy and new business development. He has been responsible for expanding the firms reach and portfolio. Mr. Christopher Partridge has added more than one million square feet of new development into PEG’s pipeline in 2019 alone.

Erica Partridge Barnes

Director of Acquisitions, Ms. Erica Partridge Barnes joined Partridge Equity Group in 2019. Ms. Barnes’s responsibilities include all new acquisitions and entitlements for future development projects. She works closely with her father Christopher to take advantage of upcoming trends in the market. Ms. Barnes holds a degree in finance from George Mason University.
